How can we help?

For help with Winnow: Read & Grow, contact [email protected]. Include the email used for your mobile account and describe what happened. Never send your password, recovery code or full payment details.

Signing in

Sign in with Apple is the main way into Winnow: on the opening screen tap Already a member? Sign in, then Continue with Apple. Readers who created an account with an email and password can use Sign in with email instead. Existing website accounts are separate and are not automatically linked by email.

Subscriptions and purchases

If your Apple Account already pays for Winnow, signing in links the subscription to your account. You can also use Restore purchases in the app. If a payment succeeded but access has not appeared, use Check my access or contact us before purchasing again. Manage or cancel billing through Apple subscription settings. Apple handles App Store refunds.

Delete your account or request data

In the app, open Account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription. For a copy of your data, correction, or help accessing the deletion flow, email [email protected] from the address associated with your mobile account.
