Winnow Mobile Subscription Terms

Using Winnow
Winnow: Read & Grow is provided by A3 Direct Solutions LLP. These terms describe subscriptions in the native app. The standard Apple End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app. Winnow offers educational reading content; it is not medical, legal or financial advice. Keep your account credentials private and use content for your personal reading.
Membership and pricing
An active membership unlocks the reading library, saved ideas, stashes and guided journeys. Monthly, three-month and annual plans provide the same membership access. The App Store displays the available price, currency, billing period and any introductory offer before you confirm. Introductory eligibility is determined by Apple. After an introductory period, a subscription renews at the regular price shown before purchase.
Payment and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Apple handles refunds under its policies.
Restoring and managing access
Sign in with the Winnow mobile account used for your purchase. Restore purchases is available in the app. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If access does not appear, use Check my access or contact support before purchasing again. Mobile and website accounts are separate; a website login or purchase is not automatically linked to a newly created mobile account.
Account deletion
You can delete your mobile account in Account → Delete account. This removes the associated mobile account and reading data. Deleting the account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Manage or cancel your Apple subscription separately before deleting your account.

Contact [email protected] for help with Winnow, access or your personal data. Include the email used for your mobile account, but never send your password, recovery code or full payment details. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
